Custom Jewelry design
Our Custom Jewelry design services consist of the following:
- A free one-hour personal consultation to determine what type, style, colors, and designs of jewelry is desired. The Jewelry stylist will assist you in the design process by asking questions and making suggestions regarding the desired jewelry design. It is important that the design details are specific, so that the final design is what you envision. The personal consultation can be conducted in-person by appointment, via phone, or by email.
- Approval and completion of signed custom jewelry work agreement, which will consist of the design details, selected gemstones, precious metal, and other components that will used in design of the custom piece and a cost estimate.
- 50% Deposit is required for all custom orders with final payment due upon completion.
- Depending upon complexity of the design, please allow 10 to 14 business days for completion of the custom order. For large bridal party orders, please allow 3 to 4 weeks.
- Custom orders are non-returnable

Special Order Jewelry alterations
It is important that your jewelry fits and complements you perfectly. If you would like to customize the length of our necklaces, earrings, or bracelets, please email us at stylist@signaturesbylanorma.com.
Let us know the item you would like to have adjusted and specify the length. We will make the adjustment and bill you directly via email. You will then have the option to pay securely by credit card. Once your payment is received, we will ship your piece. Special orders are non–returnable.
Personal Jewelry Shopper for gift giving
With such busy fast-paced schedules, it is nice to have the service of a personal shopper to assist with finding the ultimate gift. Whether it’s for a birthday, special holiday, or special occasion, let our Personal jewelry shopper assist you with your gift-giving needs. First, the “Personal Jewelry Shopper” will talk with you to assess your needs, and then choose an array of jewelry pieces for you to select from in a private showing or via photos on the email. A personal profile will be created with your selections to be used as a reference for future gift giving needs and to send special occasion reminders.

The” Personal Jewelry Stylist” will conducts a one-on-one consultation with you to determine what type, style, colors, and designs of jewelry will best complement your physical attributes and fashion style.
The initial fee for this service is $50.00 per one-hour session. The fee is waived with the jewelry purchase of $100.00 or more.
