Note on Handcrafted Jewelry
Each of the items on the Signature by LaNorma website is designed and handcrafted by us. This means that each item is a unique and one-of-a-kind jewelry piece, which may have slight variations from piece to piece. This is one of the beautiful features of owning a special piece from Signature Designs by LaNorma. Each necklace and bracelet designed by us comes with a sterling silver or brass jewelry tag with the company logo and name. Because our items are one-of-a-kind, we make no guarantees of availability.We make every effort to display accurate colors of the jewelry pieces in the photographs on this website. We can not guarantee that the colors that you view on your screen are the exact colors of the items. Please contact us, if additional photos are needed for a particular item.
Delivery & Shipping information
Free shipping for all orders $100 or more within the United States via Priority mail courtesy of Signature Designs by LaNorma. Please note that orders received prior to 5PM Monday through Friday will generally be shipped within two business days. Some items may require a longer lead time (such as custom jewelry), and generally these items are noted on the web site. Please also allow 3 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) for the delivery of your package via USPS Priority Mail and 7- 10 days delivery via UPS ground.

Rush Orders
Signature Designs by LaNorma can offer rush delivery for in-stock items for an additional charge over our regular shipping charges. Please email us at rush@signaturesbylanorma.com to be sure that your item is in stock and available for a rush delivery, and to obtain the additional cost to your location. We require up one to two business days for the preparation of your order.

Using a Promotional Code:
Promotion codes offer you discounts on purchases or shipping. If you have a code, you will need to input the code into the "Promotion Code" box during the checkout. The amount of the deductions will be reflect on our invoice.

Sales Tax:
Signature Designs by LaNorma charges sales tax to all orders shipped as required by Virginia ecommerce tax law.
Returns and Exchanges
Signature Designs by LaNorma want you to be thrilled with your special purchase. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at returns@signaturesbylanorma.com and we will arrange to exchange or refund your purchase.
- STANDARD RETURN POLICY:
Within 15 days of receipt of your order, we will gladly exchange your gift for another item available at Signature Designs by LaNorma, or grant a refund. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable. Custom or customized orders are not refundable or returnable.
- FOR HOLIDAY ORDERS:
(Orders placed between Nov 23rd - Dec. 23rd): Orders that are placed for holiday gift-giving are granted an extension of the 15-day return period. Holiday gifts may be returned by Jan. 15th after the holiday session for an exchange of other merchandise or refund at Signaturesbylanorma.com. Custom or customized orders are not refundable or returnable.
- Please email us at returns@signaturesbylanorma.com BEFORE returning items stating the order number, which item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email as soon as possible. We will not process items without an RMA number.
- Merchandise must be in the original condition. Used items will not be accepted.
- Merchandise must be carefully packed in a sturdy box. We will not accept or take responsibility for goods damaged in return shipping.
Once we receive your package, we will email you to let you know that we have received the item, and process your refund in the payment method received.
Please contact us at returns@signaturesbylanorma.com for the return mailing address. If the item you received was damaged, defective or incorrect, we will be happy to provide you with a prepaid UPS return label for your use.
